SOP Collection Meetings (AR/005)

The purpose of this SOP is to establish a structured process for weekly collection meetings between the Recovery Team and the Sales & Marketing Team. This meeting aims to review outstanding payments, classify and identify risky customers, strategize collection efforts and to ensure effective coordination between the teams to minimize overdue accounts.
